        ORDERING & DELIVERY


Payment methods accepted are Paypal and most Credit/Debit cards.  Paypal checkout is used as standard but if you prefer to use a Credit/Debit o to the standard Paypal checkout page and there is an option to choose: 'I do not have a Paypal account'. If you click on that option you will then be taken to a secure page to enter your credit/debit card details to process your payment.
We can also accept payments by cheque, postal order or via direct bank transfer, if you would like to pay by any of these alternative methods please email via the 'Contact Us' page for details.

      DELIVERY FOR UK CUSTOMERS

For UK orders all items are sent by Royal Mail first class Recorded delivery as standard, tracking information can be provided after an item is shipped.

As my items are handmade please allow up to 21 days for delivery, however if  items are currently in stock at the time of ordering they are usually shipped within 2 - 3 days from the date of payment. 

You will receive an aproximate delivery timescale on receipt of your payment, if you need any item urgently please email with the item name or reference number before buying so we can check if it is in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent by standard airmail at a cost of £3 per item, this does not provide parcel tracking information.  If parcel tracking is required,  an upgrade to international registered delivery can be requested through the contact us form and an invoice for an additonal £5 can then be arranged for you. The parcel tracking reference would then be provided upon shipping.   Any duties or custom charges are to be paid for  the customer, unfortunately we have no control over what parcels are delayed at customs upon entering another country.



RETURNS
As the items are handmade to order I do not offer refunds so please ask any questions you may have before you buy.

In the very unlikely event of an item arriving with you damaged in any way you will be offered either a full refund or a replacment/exchange if available.
